Booking policies
These are the standard terms for bookings made directly with Sandbox Hotel. A written quotation or confirmation may contain different terms for selected dates, groups, long stays or special arrangements; where it does, those written terms apply.
Check-in and checkout
- Standard check-in is from 14:00.
- Official checkout is by 11:00.
- A government-issued identity document or passport may be required at check-in.
- Early check-in and late checkout depend on availability and may incur an additional charge.
Rates and quotations
- Rates vary by date, occupancy, room type and booking conditions.
- The website does not publish a fixed starting rate or range.
- The hotel’s written quotation should state the room, stay dates, occupancy, price, taxes or inclusions, and payment conditions.
Cancellation and no-show
- Unless the written quotation says otherwise, a direct booking may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled 14:00 check-in time.
- A cancellation received later may be charged the first night.
- A no-show may be charged the first night, and the remaining stay may be released.
- For an OTA booking, the cancellation and no-show conditions in the OTA confirmation take precedence.
Deposits and payment
- A deposit may be required for selected dates, groups, longer stays or special rates.
- The amount, payment deadline and cancellation/refund effect must be stated in writing.
- Accepted methods may include Thai-baht cash, Thai bank transfer or PromptPay, and card payment where available.
- Never send full payment-card details through email, LINE, WhatsApp or the enquiry form.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
- Bank and payment-provider processing periods may apply.
- Non-refundable charges, transfer fees or other deductions must be disclosed in the written booking conditions.
Children, extra guests and extra beds
- Children of all ages are welcome, subject to the room’s occupancy limit.
- Extra guests, children using existing bedding and extra beds are subject to room capacity and availability.
- An additional charge applies. The hotel must quote it before confirmation.
Breakfast and additional services
Breakfast, cafe/restaurant service, laundry, luggage storage, lift access, accessible facilities, meeting space and airport transfer are available. Some services require advance booking or an additional charge. Confirm the format, time, availability and price for the stay.
Accessibility
Accessible accommodation or facilities are available, but assignment depends on the guest’s needs and room availability. Contact the hotel before arrival so the most appropriate room and support can be arranged.
Smoking and property care
- Guest rooms are non-smoking.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
- A cleaning, repair or replacement charge may apply for smoking, damage, missing items or excessive cleaning.
Communication and response
The hotel replies as soon as possible but does not guarantee a fixed response time. Urgent same-day requests should be made by phone or LINE. A message sent to the hotel is not proof of confirmation until the hotel replies in writing.
